What is your return policy for unused supplies?
Unused and undamaged items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-cut materials or special-order items are generally non-refundable.
Can I track my delivery in real-time?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link and an estimated arrival window to help you coordinate your site labor.
Do you deliver to residential addresses or just commercial sites?
We deliver to both residential and commercial addresses. For large deliveries involving heavy machinery, please ensure there is adequate access and a flat surface for unloading.
